GA 03073 - EVP Chief Lending Officer

Location: Chicago

Our client is one of the top performing community banks in Chicago, which is poised to double or triple its size in the next five years and grow to $1 billion. Its strong capital base, consistent profitability, and access to additional sources of capital, make such growth very achievable. For 25 years it has built its reputation as a high caliber bank lending to and servicing the construction and investor real estate markets in the Chicago area, while incurring a bare minimum of problem loans. Lending to the C&I market is also important to our client.

This outstanding bank is looking to hire an EVP and Chief Lending Officer to report directly to the President and CEO. Working closely with the President, this person will manage the entire commercial real estate, C&I, and consumer lending operations. The hired person will also be expected to bring in some significant new relationships to the bank, while at the same providing leadership and helping to set policy and procedures.

Depending on experience and past performance starting salary will range from $150,000 to $175,000, with a target bonus of 25%.
