Jobs for Commercial Lending Management:

GA 08043 - Commercial Lending Division Head

Location: Chicago West Suburbs

Our client is a leading mid sized commercial bank with significant operations in the Chicagoland area. It is looking to continue its growth of profitable business with commercial and industrial companies having revenues <$100mm. To achieve this it is looking to hire one or more Division Heads that can demonstrate the ability to lead others in a cooperative, team oriented environment that is focused on bringing value to the customer, the bank and the community.

This will be excellent an opportunity for you to advance your career and demonstrate your leadership by taking a small group of lenders and building it into a larger and more profitable business unit. Although our client only wants solid bankers who can build profitability, its best employees are those with a balanced life who take all of their commitments seriously.

Our client has an excellent array of products and services, as well as solid credit support that allows it to respond quickly to customers and prospects. Furthermore, a talented and committed senior management team gives full support to middle management in the fulfillment of its goals.

Qualified individuals should have previously demonstrated the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and to lead others by example. Hired individuals should have been through a formal credit training program and have at least 8 years of commercial banking experience, to include at least 1-2 years of managing other lenders.

Depending on experience and track record, beginning salary is projected to be in the $120,000 to $150,000 range. There is also a profit growth based bonus plan that is virtually uncapped, along with excellent benefits.
